Meet Jes…

Hi! I’m glad you’re here.

Life can be overwhelming and tackling the hard stuff alone is never easy. Together we can explore the complexities of feelings, identify stuck patterns and help you connect more deeply to who you are. This means you will learn to navigate life’s transitions with confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#22639) with the BCACC and received a Masters degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle. Prior to my work in counselling, I received a BSc from the University of Victoria and a BEd & MEd from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Science and Environmental Education.

Additionally, my nearly 20 years working as a wilderness guide and outdoor educator help me to meet you where you are non-judgmentally, with empathy and genuine care. Taking the first step toward seeking support is a big decision and I am honoured to be part of your journey. If you are ready to embrace positive change, let’s connect and walk this path together towards healing and self-discovery.
